Hi, I’m Marilin Lipski, Licensed Massage Therapist and founder of Align Within Bodywork & Wellness. Graduated from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage. I specialize in both treatment focused and relaxation based massage, with ongoing training in fascia release, cupping, intra oral, trigger point release and posture correction. My approach combines therapeutic touch to meet you at the depths of your healing with a calming, nurturing presence, creating space for you to heal.

I was guided to massage therapy through my personal journey living chronic pain and emotional distress. For over eight years, I lived with chronic headaches, stress, and pain that no specialist, injection, or prescription could truly resolve. As a former Medical Assistant, I saw how often the medical system focused on temporary fixes rather than root cause healing. After the sudden loss of my husband in a tragic car accident, I knew I needed to press reset, not just for my own health, but for my life’s purpose.

That turning point led me to holistic healing and ultimately to massage therapy. What began as a personal search for balance and relief became a passion to help others feel better in their bodies.

My mission is simple: to support you in reconnecting with your body, improving mobility, and finding lasting relief. Healing is not just my profession, it’s my lived experience, and it’s an honor to walk alongside others on their own journeys.
