Growing up I was immersed in the healing arts. It truly is a part of my foundation as a whole. I got to a point where a career in massage met my needs for expansive knowledge of the human condition. There is so much to learn in this ever expanding field!

I graduated from Arkansas Academy of Massage in 2024.I specialize in hands, neck, face, abdominal/hip, and feet pain. As far as modalities I also do cupping (body and face), hot stones, reflexology, trigger point, deep tissue, swedish and I do facials using all Borghese products. Boghese is an incredible Italian skincare company providing luxury products that are well tested and long loved by generations of people! I myself was introduced to it by my mother. I would use nothing else on my face except for their products. Which is why I chose to partner with them for you too!

I am diagnosed with hEDS, Hypermobility Elhers Danlos Syndrome, so I have a personal understanding of what the experience of this diagnosis is. It can wreck your body, however massage is incredibly helpful and has been amazing for me over the years. I strive to help others also going through it and bring a personal understanding into my practice.

In addition to massage I am a chef so food is a big part of my life. If you ate somewhere great recently- I want to hear about it!! Immersing yourself in a culture can teach you so much. Food is a beautiful way to aid healing and every plate tells a story. Guess what? So does your body! Your muscles tell me the story of what makes you- YOU. it tells me everything i need to know to be there for you through your healing. I look forward to seeing you on my table!
