Hello! My name is Lou Ellen Stroud; I am a licensed massage therapist with over two years of experience. I absolutely love what I do. Massage therapy has so many benefits and I have seen first hand how it can improve a person's overall well-being by helping them not only feel better but move better, too.

Before becoming a massage therapist, I gained valuable experience working in the medical field, which deepened my understanding of the human body and enhanced my ability to provide informed therapeutic care.

I truly consider it a blessing to be able to support others on their wellness journey.

I live in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, with my husband. We have 2 amazing adult children. I am excited to expand my practice and look forward to serving clients in the Wilson area with compassion, care and healing hands.
