Welcome to Forma Massage & Bodywork, where healing begins with deep listening to the body's wisdom.

I'm Rayna, a licensed massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and Jaw tension/TMJ work. I use a variety of gentle yet powerful modalities to create a safe and nurturing space for your body to soften, unwind, and return to balance. I believe deeply in the power of intentional human touch to heal and offer compassionate, nervous-system aware bodywork that honors each person's unique goals and needs.

"Forma" speaks to the human form, ever changing, resilient, and capable of profound transformation. My work supports relief from physical pain, chronic stress, and a deeper connection to self and embodied safety.

Whether you're seeking support during trauma recovery, chronic pain/tension/stress, emotional overwhelm, or simply a place to rest and receive grounded presence, I'm honored to walk alongside you on your healing path.

Please note: While my work is trauma-informed, i do not diagnose or treat trauma or mental health conditions. Instead, I support the body's natural ability to release stored tension patterns often held as a result of past experiences. My role is to hold space for your body and nervous system to do what it innately knows how to do - heal.
