I'm Rayna, a licensed massage therapist who is certified in trauma-informed care. I use a variety of gentle yet powerful modalities to create a safe and nurturing space for your body to soften, unwind, and return to balance. I believe deeply in the power of intentional human touch to heal and offer compassionate, nervous-system aware bodywork that honors each person's unique goals and needs.

Please note: While my work is trauma-informed, i do not diagnose or treat trauma or mental health conditions. Instead, I support the body's natural ability to release stored tension patterns often held as a result of past experiences. My role is to hold space for your body and nervous system to do what it innately knows how to do - heal.
