I'm Rayna, a licensed massage therapist specializing in Craniosacral Therapy and Jaw tension/TMJ work. I use a variety of gentle yet powerful modalities to create a safe and nurturing space for your body to soften, unwind, and return to balance. I believe deeply in the power of intentional human touch to heal and offer compassionate, nervous-system aware bodywork that honors each person's unique goals and needs.

Instead, I support the body's natural ability to release stored tension patterns often held as a result of past experiences. My role is to hold space for your body and nervous system to do what it innately knows how to do - heal.
