My journey in healing touch began years ago, rooted in a deep belief in the body’s ability to restore itself when given the right support.

After a season of working in the massage world, I shifted my focus to growing my family and raising my children. I'm now a proud mother of four, and that experience has only deepened my passion for nurturing care and intuitive connection, both in and out of the treatment room.

I’ve also spent meaningful time in the birth world, supporting others through powerful transitions and sacred moments. These experiences continue to shape my approach to massage: slow, intentional, and attuned to the rhythms of the body and spirit.

When I’m not in session, you’ll find me outside in the garden, with my chickens, or enjoying time with my husband and kids. I believe healing happens in simple moments too: in the dirt under your nails, in laughter, in a quiet nap, or in the joy of creating something beautiful by hand.

It’s my honor to offer a space where you can soften, restore, and reconnect with yourself and what matters most.
