As a licensed massage therapist since 2023, with diverse experience, I'm passionate about helping you feel good in your own skin. Having worked with a wide range of clients, from veterans and geriatric individuals to athletes and everyday professionals, I understand the unique needs of different bodies. My dedication to this field runs deep, stemming from a family legacy of massage therapists.

My approach to bodywork is centered on activating your body's natural healing properties through deep relaxation. I believe in working WITH my clients, not just on them. This means open communication is key to a successful session. Your comfort and progress are my top priorities, so feel free to voice any preferences regarding pressure or techniques.

I specialize in slow, deep tissue techniques to effectively release muscle and fascial tension, and I also incorporated trigger point therapy and passive stretching. My goal is to help you become more aware of the sensations within your body, both before and after our work together, fostering a more balanced sense of self. Please note that my services are strictly therapeutic, and any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
