POLICIES:

Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour notice is required. Notify your therapist as soon as possible if you are unable to make your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to give us a 24-hour notice when canceling your scheduled appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment.

No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment for any reason, the missed appointment will be considered a "no-show". No-shows will be charged the full amount of the session(s) missed.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late, there will be a $20 fee applied to your session. Your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon the time of your arrival, your therapist will determine if there is adequate time to complete your session. Regardless of the length of the actual treatment given, you will be responsible for the payment of the full session. Out of respect for your therapist and other patrons, please plan accordingly and always be on time.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Please understand that I do not operate out of just one office. I currently work out of three locations in Greensboro, one in Jamestown, offer mobile massage services, work with Wake Forest, am on air bnb and also collaborate with other therapists.

Because I work across multiple locations and have different commitments, I will not always be available for same-day appointments, especially when I’m contacted only a couple of hours before the requested time.

I truly appreciate everyone who supports my business and wants to book with me! To increase your chances of getting the day and time you prefer, please try to book in advance whenever possible.

Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support!
