Hi, I’m Jaime Mendenhall, LMBT (NC #16562). I’m a licensed massage therapist with more than nine years of experience helping clients reduce pain, restore mobility, and feel deeply at home in their bodies. I specialize in neuromuscular therapy, trigger point therapy, craniosacral therapy, relaxation techniques, cupping, and Himalayan salt stone massage.
