Knead Obscura is a neuromuscular therapy practice specializing in the assessment and treatment of soft tissue dysfunction, postural imbalances, and chronic pain patterns. This approach is grounded in the biopsychosocial model of pain, which recognizes that pain sometimes is not purely mechanical or structural. Instead, it is shaped by the interplay between biological systems, psychological stressors, and social or emotional experiences, all of which can influence how pain is processed and held in the body.
