I've been practicing massage therapy since 2019 working in a variety of settings including chiropractic and medical studios. Coming from a traditional neuromuscular therapy and deep tissue background, my passion and hands-on practice continues to evolve with my own healing journey separate from western medicine, alongside supporting my client's.

Through stepping away and reassessing (approaching) my relationship (approach) as a helper and caretaker as a core value in my purpose of living, I've reawoken my core value of love for bodywork.

The joy I get from seeing my client's relationship with theri bodies, mind, and life change through recieving regular nourishing, communicative, and intentional bodywork is like no other.

I'm such a nerd a nerd about the human body and also get so excited about the woo woo side of the science aspect of how the human body is deeply rooted in energetic and mental connecting parts.

I blend Craniosacral therapy, Myofascial release, traditional NMT, swedish, Reiki, and cupping for my own fingerprint. Bodywork from me is a conversational dance I get to have with clients' bodies as well as minds.
