Massage is one of the best forms of medicine, treatment, therapy in existence. Its therapeutic indications are almost endless. I love to share information about massage, especially the benefits, with people wherever I go.

Before beginning a massage therapy session, I believe it's vitally important to talk with your client and find out what they are wanting to get out of their session that day. It's a collaborative effort! You tell me what you need, and I bring my 15+ years of experience to the table, continually assessing as I go - this allows me to adjust my techniques in real time in order to give you the most relief and best possible results.
