Jennifer Hendrickson, LMT/Reiki Practitioner

I am a Solo, referral only, Practitioner, graduate of Central Mass School of Massage Therapy in Spencer, MA and a member of ABMP. I was trained in Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and have furthered my education to become certified in Prenatal Massage, Traditional Table Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki and Cranial sacral Therapy.

My goal as a Massage therapist is to make people feel better by relaxing the mind and physical body through my work. Since day one, my vision has been to provide my clients with the very best experience in therapeutic massage.

I choose to go into this field to help people by relaxing their body and mind. I have found that there is no better feeling than seeing the relaxed and happy face on a client I have helped.

A little personal bit about me: I love to relax with a good book, enjoy time with my family and the ocean is my favorite place that I find for peace.

I also take pride in being a partner with Hands for Heroes to help take care of our veterans that have fought for us.

Policy:

Making Appointment:

· A valid credit card number or pre-payment is recommended to hold any massage appointments at Jenny’s Touch; your card will not be charged until services are rendered or other payment is agreed upon.

· If you are a Groupon Client you are required to provide Massage Therapist with your Voucher number prior to booking appointment.

· We highly recommend reserving and appointment in order to ensure the availability of the Massage Therapist; however, I am delighted to accommodate you on short notice if I have an opening.

Canceling/Rescheduling or a No Show for an Appointment:

· If you need to change, cancel or reschedule any appointment, a mandatory 24 hours is required. If your appointment is not cancelled or re-scheduled within 24 hours prior to your appointment you credit card will be charged ½ price of the scheduled service for the first time, the full price of your scheduled service for the second time and for any other cancelled or missed appointments with out 24 hour notice will require a Mandatory pre-payment required to book any appointments, this also includes any No Show appointments. If you schedule a same day appointment and cancel or reschedule, you will be charged the full price of your scheduled service as it is less than the mandatory 24 hour notice. I strictly adhere to my cancellation policy out of respect to other clients.

· If you are a new client using a Groupon Voucher and fail to adhere to the above policy your Voucher will be forfeited

· If you are 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment time your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled in consideration to other clients and you will be required to pay full price for your scheduled appointment.

Arrival:

· If you are a New Client, please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time in order to fill out any paperwork needed and to prepare for your massage experience; this will ensure that you start your appointment on time.

· If you are an existing Client please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment; this will prepare you for your massage experience and ensure that your appointment starts on time.

· If you are running late, please don’t hesitate to give me a call. Note: your appointment will still end at its scheduled time, however, if you are 15 minutes or more late for your scheduled appointment time your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled in consideration to other clients and you will be required to pay full price for your scheduled appointment. I regret having to shorten or cancel any valuable time from your service due to lateness.
