Ginny’s professional journey began in 1999 as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, laying the foundation for her dedication to rehabilitation and wellness. Her pursuit of a comprehensive approach to health led her to earn certification as a Yoga Teacher in 2013, followed by advanced credentials as a Certified Yoga Therapist in 2016. These qualifications enhanced her ability to harmonize mind, body, and spirit, offering clients transformative therapeutic experiences.

A maven in energy healing, Ginny achieved the prestigious designation of Reiki Master in 2017, building on her initial Reiki certification from 2004. Her expertise further expanded with certifications as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in 2023 and a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner in 2024, reflecting her mastery of diverse modalities. As a Licensed Massage Therapist, she brings a refined therapeutic touch to her practice, with a particular focus on supporting women post-mastectomy, post-lumpectomy, and abdominal/pelvic issues.

Currently, Ginny treats clients in her home in Columbia, Illinois. In her relaxing space, she utilizes techniques and tools to assist clients to relieve chronic pain, gain more mobility and flexibility, healing via lymphatic drainage, and find deep relaxation. Two days a week she contributes her skills at a Pediatric Therapy Center, helping children achieve developmental milestones through engaging and effective interventions. Specializing in women’s holistic wellness, Ginny excels in guiding clients through life’s transitions, restoring their strength, vitality, and emotional equilibrium.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ginny leads a rich personal life alongside her husband, with whom she has ten children and now cherishes time with two grandchildren. Their household, enlivened by four dogs, is a haven of warmth and activity. Together, they enjoy gardening, culinary arts, hiking, and unwinding by the fireside—pursuits that mirror her philosophy of nurturing both body and soul.
