With a degree in Kinesiology from Longwood University and a background in athletic training, I bring a deep understanding of how the body performs, recovers, and heals. My approach goes beyond relaxation—every session is designed to support performance, prevent injury, and accelerate recovery.

I’m also certified in manual lymphatic drainage, a specialized technique that supports the body’s natural recovery processes. By encouraging efficient lymph flow, it can help reduce post-exercise fatigue, promote faster healing from injuries or surgeries, and shorten the duration of inflammation and illness.
