As a devoted wife, mother, and lifelong learner, C'Trina believes that wellness is not a destination but an ongoing journey of growth, curiosity, and intentional living. With each new skill, certification, and learning experience, she continues to refine her ability to support clients in meaningful and personalized ways.

Since beginning her massage education in 2021, C'Trina has completed thousands of hours of training and hands-on experience, including advanced studies in therapeutic massage, Reiki, and Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique). Over the years, she has found herself increasingly drawn to somatic approaches that help clients reconnect with their bodies and experience deeper, more lasting relief. This perspective allows her to create sessions that support not only physical comfort, but also nervous system well-being and a greater sense of balance.

At The Alimentree Art of Massage, C'Trina's goal extends beyond relieving physical tension. She strives to create a space where every client feels accepted, safe, and encouraged—a place where the nervous system can settle, the mind can quiet, and the body can begin to restore itself naturally.

Whether through massage, lymphatic drainage, energy work, or simple moments of connection, C'Trina is honored to walk alongside her clients as they pursue greater balance, wellness, and self-care. Her work is rooted in the belief that true restoration involves more than muscles alone—it includes the relationship between the body, mind, and nervous system.
