Since beginning her massage education in 2021, C'Trina has completed thousands of hours of training and hands-on experience, including advanced studies in therapeutic massage, Reiki, and Manual Lymph Drainage (Vodder Technique). Over the years, she has found herself increasingly drawn to somatic approaches that help clients reconnect with their bodies and experience deeper, more lasting relief. This perspective allows her to create sessions that support not only physical comfort, but also nervous system well-being and a greater sense of balance.
