Hi, I’m Elizabeth — a licensed massage therapist, devoted mother, and heart-led healer based in Winston-Salem. After 16 years in the service industry, I was called to this work as a deeper way to support women and others in reclaiming rest, strength, and connection.

At Ember Healing Bodywork & Wellness, I offer massage that meets you where you are — physically, emotionally, and energetically. I blend therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish, cupping, prenatal, or reflexology techniques in fully customized sessions, always charging by time, not modality. My work is rooted in presence, trust, and the quiet power of intuitive touch.

I believe healing happens in the in-between — the ember stage — where something new begins to rise. It’s an honor to hold space for that transformation.
