Theoresa is a licensed massage therapist and founder of Guided Touch Massage.
She has always been drawn to healing work and wanted to make a hands-on difference in how people feel in their bodies. Having witnessed how stress, injury, and chronic pain impact not only the body but also the mind and spirit, she became a bodyworker to help bridge that gap—offering relief, grounding, and a path back to wholeness through intentional touch.

Theoresa is passionate about creating a safe, calming space where clients can truly let go. She loves being part of their healing journey—whether easing pain, calming the nervous system, or helping someone feel more at home in their body. It’s deeply fulfilling to witness those subtle shifts that positively impact a person’s day and overall well-being.

She works with clients experiencing chronic pain, muscular tension, stress-related conditions, and abdominal discomfort. Common areas of focus include neck and shoulder pain, sciatica, low back discomfort, and desk-related strain. She also supports prenatal clients and those recovering from injuries or managing long-term conditions.

Her training includes Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Recovery Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, Lymphatic Drainage (LDT1), Oncology Massage, Healing Touch, and Intuitive Energy Work.
