Hi, I’m Heather McCue. I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, Natural Therapeutic Specialist, and the founder of Solaflow Bodywork in Santa Barbara.

With over 11 years of experience and advanced certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, I specialize in manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, and holistic bodywork that nourishes the nervous system and supports the body’s natural healing rhythms. My approach is intuitive, therapeutic, and deeply restorative. I blend technical precision with grounded presence.

Each session is intentionally curated to meet you where you are, whether you're navigating recovery, seeking relief from tension, or simply needing to reset and reconnect. I believe healing happens when we slow down and create space for softness, breath, and flow.

You’ll find a blend of modalities woven into every session. These include lymphatic massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, and energetic balancing. I offer both in-office and in-home treatments, with optional enhancements like red light therapy, herbal-infused scalp massage, and gua sha facial drainage to elevate your experience.
