My journey as a massage therapist began in Hawaii, where I discovered how powerful bodywork can be in helping people heal, recover, and feel their best. As a lifelong athlete, I understand how important recovery is — not just for performance, but for overall well-being. I became one of the youngest in recent U.S. history to earn a massage certification, thanks to a unique path and a deep commitment to this work.

I specialize in deep tissue, Swedish, and sports massage, blending skill with intuition to deliver sessions that are not only effective, but personally tailored.
