As a young adult, after receiving physical therapy due to an athletic injury, I believed that I was meant to help other individuals with their physical well-being. Following my high school graduation, I explored my options and was drawn to the Massage Therapy program at Fortis College. In 2013, after completing over 650 hours of training, I earned my license to practice massage therapy.

I specialize in a wide range of modalities like: Swedish, Therapeutic, Prenatal, Aromatherapy, Trigger Point Therapy, and Myofascial Release Therapy. Although I like to customize each massage session to the individual, my technique is more relaxing/therapeutic with light trigger point work. I am also committed to learning new modalities, like cupping massage and lymphatic drainage, through continuing education programs to better help individuals in their healing journey.
