My name is Caitlin and I am a licensed massage therapist here to bring a fresh perspective and support to your healing journey. Having dealt with chronic pain myself, I know how discouraging the healthcare system can be—and how powerful massage can be when it comes to real, lasting relief. With my own experiences in mind, I approach each session with the intent on providing a specialized treatment plan to guide each client on their path to recovery.

I am trained in Swedish relaxation and educated in several other techniques like deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and muscle scraping. I tailor every session to your goals, whether that’s stress relief, injury recovery, or managing chronic pain.

I’m currently working toward my Clinical Massage Therapist (CMT) certification and am already certified in cranial massage. I’m always learning new ways to better support my clients through advanced anatomy and therapeutic techniques.
