I have worked for over 10 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist, working in a wide range of therapeutic settings. In my early career I worked in spas, because of my love for anatomy and wellness. I then moved on to work with Chiropractors, Acupuncturists and social welfare agencies. These experiences have contributed to how I approach each session. I am passionate about delivering a wholistic approach to wellness that is grounded in science.

I completed a 950 hour general MT program in 2015, then went on to complete a 250 hour neuromuscular therapies program in 2016. I have completed 300 hours of a Cranial Sacral program, along with other modalities like Trigger Point, Myofascial, and therapeutic stretching techniques. I can deliver cupping, acupressure, as well as relaxation and mindfulness techniques. I have a BASW and am currently finishing my Masters of Social Work.

My work targets the parasympathetic nervous system, which is usually the culprit of much of our stress, tension and chronic pain. I have a wholistic approach to the body, mind and environment of an individual. My goal being to promote health and wellness, so that you can live your most empowered life.
