My name is Shae, and I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with a strong foundation in movement science and rehabilitative care. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Texas Tech University, where I developed a deep understanding of human anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise physiology. That education led me to begin my career in the field of physical therapy, working alongside clinicians to support patients recovering from injury and surgery.

Over time, I discovered that my true passion lay in hands-on work—using manual therapy to directly address dysfunction, reduce pain, and restore mobility. That realization led me to massage therapy, where I’ve been able to integrate my clinical background with focused, therapeutic touch.

My practice emphasizes medical and rehabilitative massage, not spa-style or purely relaxation-based sessions. While relaxation may be a beneficial byproduct of my work, my primary goal is to provide targeted, evidence-informed care. I work with clients who are managing conditions such as:

Chronic muscular tension and pain
Postural imbalances
Sports-related injuries
Limited range of motion
Recovery from physical strain or repetitive use

Outside of my practice, I’m an avid outdoors enthusiast. I love hiking, camping, and staying active in nature—whether that’s exploring a new trail or spending a quiet weekend under the stars. That connection to the natural world deeply informs my philosophy as a therapist. I believe the body is meant to move, explore, and engage fully in life—and my goal is to help clients do just that.

Through bodywork, education, and personalized care, I strive to support people in becoming their healthiest, most functional selves—so they can live fully, move freely, and thrive in the activities they love most.
