My work blends focused therapeutic techniques with a slow, grounding flow. Rather than following the same routine each session, I take time to understand what your body needs that day. Whether that means addressing a specific area of pain, working with patterns of muscular tension, supporting recovery, or simply giving your nervous system an opportunity to settle and rest.

My approach draws from deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and other therapeutic techniques, integrating them into a session that feels both effective and deeply restorative. I believe therapeutic work doesn’t have to feel clinical or disconnected, and relaxation doesn’t have to mean overlooking the areas that need focused attention.
