At Sunyata Bodywork, I offer a personalized approach to therapeutic massage designed to help you find relief from pain and tension while creating space to slow down, unwind, and reconnect with yourself.

My work blends focused therapeutic techniques with a slow, grounding flow. Rather than following the same routine each session, I take time to understand what your body needs that day. Whether that means addressing a specific area of pain, working with patterns of muscular tension, supporting recovery, or simply giving your nervous system an opportunity to settle and rest.

My approach draws from deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and other therapeutic techniques, integrating them into a session that feels both effective and deeply restorative. I believe therapeutic work doesn’t have to feel clinical or disconnected, and relaxation doesn’t have to mean overlooking the areas that need focused attention.

At the heart of my work is the belief that meaningful bodywork begins with presence. I work slowly and intentionally, listening to the body rather than forcing change. My trauma-informed approach emphasizes communication, consent, choice, and your comfort throughout the session, creating space for you to feel supported and at ease in your body.

Sunyata Bodywork is a place to receive skilled therapeutic care while stepping away from the constant movement of everyday life; a space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
