For over two decades, Cheryl Maxwell has been an inspiring beacon in holistic wellness. Sharing her skills as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Esthetician, Cheryl combines her experiences to lift spirits and rejuvenate bodies. As a dedicated Yogi and Reiki Master, her approach integrates mind, body, and spirit. Her passion and commitment empower individuals to achieve harmony and balance through non-invasive practices.

Cheryl became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2005. Her training was through the Austin Schools of Massage in Killeen, TX, with added training in various modalities including reiki, gua sha, cupping, auriculotherapy, chair massage, hot stone/bamboo, raindrop therapy, and yomassage.

Cheryl is a Yoga Alliance registered RYT 200 yoga teacher and received certification from Liberty Yoga with Christine Shaw and Erin Detwiler in May 2017. Cheryl teaches gentle yoga, beginner yoga, restorative yoga, fly vinyasa, prenatal yoga, children’s yoga, and yoga Nidra. She also conducts workshops such as kitten yoga, Yomassage, and chakra yoga.

Cheryl is a Usui & Tibetan Reiki Master. She received Chikara-Reiki-Do attunements from Judith Conroy in February 2015, completed Kundalini Reiki Master training with Jeremy Betkey in August 2017, and obtained added training and attunements from Christine Hall in November 2017. Cheryl uses Reiki for personal healing and offers sessions for clients.
