As a solo practitioner, I offer therapeutic bodywork that supports pain relief, better posture, and support for recovery from injuries. My approach blends skilled ever-growing techniques with intuitive touch and open communication to create a session that’s truly tailored to each individual. I draw from practices like integrative Thai massage, cupping, gua sha, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and TMJ-focused work.

Beyond the physical, my sessions are a space to drop out of the busy world, ground into the present moment, and reconnect with yourself. Whether you’re seeking deep relief or simply a quiet reset, I’m here to support your journey toward greater ease, alignment, and a fuller, more inspired life.
