Every body I work with is different—not only structurally, but neurologically, emotionally, and historically. Sessions unfold through careful listening: to tissue tone, breath, guarding patterns, and the nervous system’s readiness to allow change.

Rather than moving through a predetermined sequence, the work adapts in real time to what your body presents on the day of your session. The focus is not on doing more techniques or producing quick superficial effects, but on creating the conditions in which deeper, more durable change can occur. This often means slowing the pace, allowing time for the nervous system to register and integrate changes into a more settled, at-ease way of being.
