Hello, I’m Bridget Bennett—licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, and passionate advocate for healing through touch and energy.

My journey into massage therapy began not in a classroom, but at home—with my son.

He was born with cerebral palsy, though we didn’t know during my pregnancy or at birth. At six months old, he was officially diagnosed. Since then, he has been my little warrior, teaching me more about strength, patience, and resilience than I ever thought possible.

Watching him struggle with muscle tension, limited mobility, and pain—especially in his right arm and leg—was heart-wrenching. Despite physical and occupational therapy, his muscles often remained tight, and relief felt out of reach. One day, a physician gently massaged his arm during a session, and I saw something shift. His wrist softened. His hand relaxed. In that moment, I knew—I had to learn more.

In 2023, I enrolled at Indiana Wellness College and proudly graduated in July 2024. I’ve also had the privilege of working at Hand & Stone in Avon for nearly two years. But the power of massage didn’t just transform my son’s life—it healed parts of me as well.

I became a certified Reiki practitioner in 2021. Reiki opened the door to emotional and energetic healing. I witnessed profound shifts in my clients, but I craved a deeper connection—one that could bridge energy with the physical body. Massage became that bridge. Through the release of tension and knots, I help facilitate not just physical relief, but emotional clarity and balance.

For me, massage is more than a profession—it’s a calling. It’s the language of compassion spoken through hands and heart.

And now, I’m so honored to offer this healing work in my hometown. I’m a proud Greencastle native, Class of 2013—go Tiger Cubs! It brings me joy to serve the community that helped raise me.
