Welcome! I’m Sabel, a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts, and the heart and hands behind Earth & Aether Wellness.

I provide Massage Therapy tailored to your specific needs, whether that be relaxation or Therapeutic work. Each session is a bespoke blend of Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, and Myofascial therapy.

My goal is to provide a safe, calming space where the nervous system can shift into the Parasympathetic, rest-and-repair mode—allowing the body and mind to return to a more balanced state. With over a decade of experience as a professional dancer, I bring a deep connection to movement, body awareness, and physical vitality into my work.

At this moment I am mostly mobile, but on Fridays I am available in office in NW PDX.
