Contemporary pain management weighing you down? Wanting to feel change in your body but don't enjoy the "deep tissue" pressure that often comes with it?!

I see you.

I love finding patterns in the body that correspond to discomfort and working with clients to help correct them. I respect the limits of each client and approach each customized session with the intent to allow them a "hurt-so-good" massage experience that works to restore movement and eliminate pain without using the overly aggressive tactics that cause lasting soreness and challenging/taxing sessions. I combine intuitive touch with varying massage techniques and tools to help reprogram the nervous system and transition each client from a "fight or flight" to a "rest and recover" state. I enjoy sharing information so that individuals can choose to make healthy shifts not only in the massage room, but outside of it as well.

Working as a massage therapist for over 6 years, I have worked in environments ranging from spas to chiropractic/medical, to sports-style deep tissue. I have a wide base of techniques to draw from and am always in search of new ones to learn and incorporate into sessions.

Whether the goal is pain management, postural corrections, or simply relaxation, I look forward to the pleasure of working with you!
