I love finding patterns in the body that correspond to discomfort and working with clients to help correct them. I respect the limits of each client and approach each customized session with the intent to allow them a "hurt-so-good" massage experience that works to restore movement and eliminate pain without using the overly aggressive tactics that cause lasting soreness and challenging/taxing sessions. I combine intuitive touch with varying massage techniques and tools to help reprogram the nervous system and transition each client from a "fight or flight" to a "rest and recover" state. I enjoy sharing information so that individuals can choose to make healthy shifts not only in the massage room, but outside of it as well.

Working as a massage therapist for over 6 years, I have worked in environments ranging from spas to chiropractic/medical, to sports-style deep tissue. I have a wide base of techniques to draw from and am always in search of new ones to learn and incorporate into sessions.
