After serving in the United States Marine Corps, I spent 10 years working as a Patrol Officer. Those years taught me a lot about discipline, resilience, and just how much stress the body can take when the job demands it. It also showed me what happens when that same stress overwhelms the body’s ability to move well.

Now, I’m focused on a different kind of service — helping people move better and feel better in their everyday lives. With firsthand experience in physically demanding careers, I understand how important strength, mobility, and recovery really are. Through massage therapy, I am committed to helping people move better, feel better, and recover smarter. With a deep appreciation for how the body responds to stress and strain, I focus on reducing pain, improving mobility, and restoring function so clients can perform at their best — whether on the job, in the gym, or in everyday life.
