30 Minute Focused Sports Massage (problem, area treatment)
This targeted sports massage style is designed to address a specific area of muscle tension, pain or dysfunction-commonly the neck, shoulders, lower back, hips, or legs.
2 hrs bodyworks
2 hours of orthopedic bodywork that could include infrared light or orthopedic massage or Thai yoga massage.
