I am a dedicated massage therapist with a unique journey that shapes my approach to healing and wellness. As a combat veteran of the U.S. Army, I have faced challenges that have instilled in me a strong sense of resilience and determination. My military experience has not only honed my discipline and work ethic but has also deepened my understanding of the importance of physical and mental well-being.

Surviving testicular cancer was a pivotal moment in my life, one that ignited my passion for helping others navigate their own journeys of recovery and healing. This personal battle taught me the value of self-care and the healing power of touch, leading me to pursue a career in massage therapy. I am committed to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can release tension, find relief, and rejuvenate their spirits.

With 17 years of coaching experience in functional fitness and group classes, I have developed an extensive understanding of the human body and its capabilities. I leverage this knowledge in my massage practice, tailoring each session to meet the individual needs of my clients. I believe that every person is unique, and I strive to create personalized treatment plans that not only address physical discomfort but also promote overall wellness and balance.

In my practice, I blend the discipline learned from my military background with the compassion cultivated through my personal health journey. My goal is to empower clients to take charge of their well-being, helping them to find strength, resilience, and peace within themselves. I invite you to experience a transformative massage session that honors your body and supports your path to healing and vitality.
