Welcome! I’m Laramie, a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Personal Trainer with a lifelong passion for health, fitness, and helping others feel their best.

With over 25 years of experience in the fitness community and a background in a variety of sports, I bring a well-rounded, functional approach to bodywork that supports recovery, performance, and everyday wellness.

Before launching my massage therapy practice, I spent 17 years as a stay-at-home mom to three amazing kids. That chapter taught me just how important, and often overlooked, self-care can be. I understand how hard it is to make time for yourself, and my goal is to create a space where your time is valued and your well-being is prioritized.

Whether you’re an athlete, busy parent, or someone looking for relief from tension and stress, my goal is to help you move better, feel better and live with more balance and energy.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, cheering my kids on at their sporting events, hitting the gym, and creating art.
