As a certified sports massage specialist and an avid hiker myself, I’ve learned that ‘rest’ doesn't have to mean sitting on the sidelines. Being proactive with your recovery means you're not just waiting for an injury to stop you; you're giving your body the maintenance it needs to stay ahead of the grind.

Which Session is Right for You?

The Ascent Performance Session: This is for when you're in the thick of it. We focus on targeted deep tissue and mobility work to unlock tight spots and keep you "ahead of the grind". Best for active training cycles or pre-event prep.
The Post-Peak Chill: This is your "boots off" recovery. We shift into low gear with fluid strokes and nervous system down-regulation to flush out fatigue. Best for rest days, post-hike soreness, or when you just need a total mental reset.

We offer 3, 5, and 8-session packs designed for athletes who want a consistent recovery plan. Every series includes a personalized homework protocol. I am located at 437 N Olympic Ave, Ste E Arlington, WA 98223. Booking is by appointment only as I am in and out of the office. My suite is located in the 3rd floor on the corner of Olympic Ave and 5th street. Across the street from Moe's Cafe. There is street parking as well as parking behind the building via alley off 5th street.
