Driven by a lifelong passion for movement and sports, I bring a unique understanding to my massage practice. As an active competitor in beach volleyball and an avid mountain biker, I know firsthand the demands these activities place on the body. My own experiences with injuries and imbalances have not only inspired me to pursue massage therapy but also to develop a therapeutic approach that blends deep relaxation with targeted healing.

I believe touch is both subjective and objective, capable of relieving stress while providing profound therapeutic benefits. I don’t just stick to one style – unless you ask for it! My sessions usually involve a blend of orthopedic, therapeutic, deep tissue, Swedish, pin and stretch, and assisted stretching tailored to support your unique needs. I’m also committed to ongoing learning, so each session reflects the best of what I know, refined by the real-life demands of sports and movement.

Outside of work, you’ll often find me competing on the beach volleyball court, doing yoga, in the gym, or spending time with my son. These experiences fuel my passion for movement, enhance my understanding of athletes’ needs, and drive my desire to help others on their wellness journey.
