Saludos y bienvenidos!
Welcome to a space where healing, compassion, and expertise come together.

My Story:

My name is Noemy, and I’m a big-hearted, licensed massage therapist based in the Valley of the Sun. My journey into bodywork began with personal health challenges that reshaped my life and ignited a deep passion for the healing potential of therapeutic touch. Experiencing firsthand how massage can restore balance, ease pain, and calm the nervous system gave me a renewed sense of purpose—and a calling I now live with intention and care.

My Approach:

The most rewarding part of my work is the opportunity to truly connect with others. I blend clinical training with intuition, creativity, and genuine compassion. I believe healing is never one-size-fits-all. That’s why my practice is rooted in evidence-informed techniques, guided by a therapeutic and problem-solving mindset, and always tailored to support the whole person—body, mind, and spirit.

I’m a lifelong learner and open-minded practitioner, continually expanding my toolkit to better serve my clients.

What I Offer:

I provide integrative sessions designed around your needs. Services may include:

Clinical and Remedial Massage
Cupping and Gua Sha
Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Stretch Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy
Hot Stone and Himalayan Saltstone Massage
Lomi Lomi Massage
Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage
Energetic Healing (Usui Reiki)

Whether you're seeking pain relief, injury recovery, deep relaxation, or energetic realignment, I offer treatments to support and meet you where you are.

My Commitment to You:

I’m committed to creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for. Every session is guided by your unique needs, whether you’re seeking relief from chronic pain, post-surgical recovery, deep relaxation, or a reset for your nervous system. My role is to listen, support, and offer skilled, intentional care—meeting you where you are, without judgment.

I believe in honoring the whole person, not just the symptoms. My goal is to help you walk away feeling more connected to your body, more at ease in your mind, and more supported in your healing journey.
