Welcome to Short Rest Recovery. A space to connect, restore, and refocus.

At Short Rest Recovery massage is therapy; a tool for cultivating self-love. Building a healthier relationship between mind and body, while creating space for reflection. My approach is rooted in body awareness, self-care, and the belief that everyone can love themselves right where they are now.

My name is Estefani and healing is both my practice and my passion. Beginning within, I work with the body as a self healing, ever adapting system. I have cultivated a self-love that can be expressed through touch, intention, and vibration. My sessions blend skilled touch, grounded knowledge, and energetic awareness to help you regain focus on YOU.

Skilled hands, open heart, grounded healing.

By appointment only, same day appointments available!
