My approach combines a variety of techniques including therapeutic massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, heated bamboo massage, cupping, and scraping techniques to help release tension, improve mobility, and promote overall wellness. I focus on listening to what your body needs during each session and adjusting the treatment accordingly.

My passion for wellness comes from both professional experience and personal healing. Through my own health journey, I developed a deeper understanding of how important self-care, recovery, and therapeutic touch can be for both physical and mental well-being.
