With over 12 years of experience as a CrossFit athlete and coach, as well as a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology, I focus more on the therapeutic benefits of massage geared towards muscle recovery and performance. I also offer relaxation and deep tissue massages for clients who are simply looking to decompress and unwind.
