Welcome to Advanced Massage & Wellness!

At Advanced Massage & Wellness, I bring a professional, restorative massage therapy directly to your door—whether you're at home, at the office, or sports event. At the heart of my practice is a simple belief: you deserve to live pain-free, move with ease, and feel your best every day.

I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist with over five years of hands-on experience and more than a decade in the health and beauty industry. Helping people feel better in their bodies is not just my career—it’s my passion. I'm also a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, and I take pride in creating a safe, relaxing, and personalized experience for every client.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in a variety of settings—from luxurious day spas to clinical and sports therapy environments. This diverse background allows me to customize each session to fit your needs, whether you’re looking for deep therapeutic work, post-surgical care, or simply a space to unwind and recharge.

To ensure I offer the most effective and up-to-date care, I continuously invest in advanced training and certifications. I am currently certified in:

Medical Massage Practitioner
NASM Stretching & Flexibility Coaching
Graston Technique
Postoperative Lymphatic Drainage
Vacuum Cupping Therapy

Whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to improve your overall well-being, I’m here to support your health journey—one session at a time.
