Join us this Friday at 5PM, 5 June 2026, for the First Friday Bike Ride (FFBR) at the Ashland Plaza! The First Friday Bike Ride is a community, all levels, easy bike ride around downtown Ashland! It is offered by the Safe Streets for Everybody group, a branch of the Ashland Climate Collective.

I will be present and participating as a rider, as well as a fill in sweeper/Marshall to keep everyone safe on the ride. I will also be handing out gift certificates for a free half an hour massage to those participants wishing to receive one! Participants can always upgrade to a full hour for a fee if they want to.

This is a really awesome group of people, and they attract an awesome part of our community!

Bikes and Bodies is first a bodywork and movement studio dedicated to their client's needs. Whether it is a more clinical approach to relieve restrictions, relaxation to reduce tension and stress from the week, or an emotional or spiritual impasse that requires energy work to help move through a personal challenge, Bikes and Bodies will be there to help guide you.

Why "Bikes" and Bodies?

Bikes and Bodies will grow from its roots as a bodywork and movement studio to include a mobile bicycle repair shop. It will also feature a bicycle rental fleet and dedicated local tours to encourage tourism of the Rogue Valley and promote local businesses.
