The general intake form includes an informed touch protocol option for those who would like frequent (more than 3) check-ins throughout the massage. Informed touch is a great way to ease into bodywork if you are nervous about massage, have body sensitivity, high pain, identify as having a sensitive nervous system, and/or a history of trauma.

Jane holds a bachelors of science degree in Kinesiology from Western Washington University with a minor in Somatic Psychology. She is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University to dive deeper into the mind-body connection of her clients.
