I became a massage therapist because I truly believe in its effectiveness to help people. Sixteen years later that still proves true.

Communication is key to getting the most out of massage, a short interview at the beginning of each appointment helps to better understand client's outcome goals. From there, we formulate a plan and discuss different modalities that may be used during massage, along with any other customizations that may be needed (heat level of the massage table, lotions/oil, aromatherapy, etc.).

I am well practiced in various modalities which include relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, lymphatic drainage massage, hot stone massage, and therapeutic change. Depending on my client's needs, it is common to combine several modalities into one session.

My massage studio is located on the first floor with convenient parking in the driveway. Just follow the short walkway up the steps to the front door.
