I offer a blend of relaxing Swedish massage paired with focused therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy and deep tissue work when appropriate. I specialize in Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, a gentle yet highly effective treatment that supports the body’s natural detoxification process, reduces swelling, boosts immune function, and promotes overall vitality. I also do some energy work centered around Heart Centered Therapy, Brain therapy (Both from the Chikly Institute) and Healer's Blueprint. The Healer's Blueprint is an amazing map of human energy. By asking questions of the body and muscle testing while using the Blueprint, I can open the door to healing in a unique way. Using an energy release technique to reset the memory of the cells it allows them to restore to their original blueprint and intelligence. This work can be stand alone or combined with a massage session.

Additions like cupping and hot stone therapy are also available—both excellent enhancements that can encourage circulation and help release built-up fluids and toxins from the muscles and tissues.
